What is the delivery timeframe?

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery is available for an additional fee.
  • Note: In case of refusing to receive the shipment, the customer is required to pay the shipping fees to the courier.

Policies

1. Promotional Offers Policy

  • For promotional items, size exchange only is permitted.
  • If a product from a promotional offer is returned or changed, the entire offer will be voided, and the second item will be charged at its original price.

2. Return Policy

  • Customers must submit a return request via “My Account” on the 2me sport website under “Order History.”
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Refunds: Payments made via Credit/Debit cards will be refunded to the same card.
  • Processing Time: The return process may take up to 7 business days after we receive the returned items.
  • Bank Appearance: It may take up to 7 additional business days for the amount to appear in your bank account after processing.
  • Condition: The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Shoe insoles, socks, swimwear, underwear, and hygiene products (if packaging is opened).
  • Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery (in which case, service and delivery fees are refunded).

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • The value of the replacement item must be equal to or higher than the original item.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order within the 14-day period.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Shoe insoles, socks, swimwear, underwear, and hygiene products (if packaging is opened).

How to Request an Exchange/Return

Exchange Steps:

  1. A courier will be dispatched to collect the item within 48 hours.
  2. The item reaches our warehouse within 2 business days.
  3. The replacement item is shipped within 2 – 3 business days.

Return Steps:

  1. A courier will be dispatched to collect the item within 48 hours.
  2. Once the item reaches our warehouse, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7 – 14 business days.
  3. You must provide us with your bank account details to complete the process.

Company Rights

2me sport reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if:

  • The product is not in a resalable condition.
  • The request is made after the 14-day eligibility period.
