Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery timeframe?
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days.
- Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery is available for an additional fee.
- Note: In case of refusing to receive the shipment, the customer is required to pay the shipping fees to the courier.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free Shipping: On all orders above 5,000 EGP.

Policies
1. Promotional Offers Policy
- For promotional items, size exchange only is permitted.
- If a product from a promotional offer is returned or changed, the entire offer will be voided, and the second item will be charged at its original price.
2. Return Policy
- Customers must submit a return request via “My Account” on the 2me sport website under “Order History.”
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Refunds: Payments made via Credit/Debit cards will be refunded to the same card.
- Processing Time: The return process may take up to 7 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Bank Appearance: It may take up to 7 additional business days for the amount to appear in your bank account after processing.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Shoe insoles, socks, swimwear, underwear, and hygiene products (if packaging is opened).
- Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery (in which case, service and delivery fees are refunded).
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available within 14 days of the invoice date.
- The value of the replacement item must be equal to or higher than the original item.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order within the 14-day period.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Shoe insoles, socks, swimwear, underwear, and hygiene products (if packaging is opened).
How to Request an Exchange/Return
Exchange Steps:
- A courier will be dispatched to collect the item within 48 hours.
- The item reaches our warehouse within 2 business days.
- The replacement item is shipped within 2 – 3 business days.
Return Steps:
- A courier will be dispatched to collect the item within 48 hours.
- Once the item reaches our warehouse, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7 – 14 business days.
- You must provide us with your bank account details to complete the process.
Company Rights
2me sport reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if:
- The product is not in a resalable condition.
- The request is made after the 14-day eligibility period.
